Sep. 30, 2022 – Vertex Resource Group Ltd. (“Vertex” TSXV: VTX), announced the acquisition of Young EnergyServe Inc. (Young), a privately held company providing turnkey turnaround solutions, cutting-edge robotic tank cleaning services, and various other industrial services throughout Canada.
The acquisition provided Vertex with technological advancements to augment existing service lines, and 150 full-time staff to facilitate future growth.
Since 1962, Vertex has been a leading North American provider of environmental services. Headquartered in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Vertex employs a staff of approximately 1,150 employees and lease operators that provide services to help clients achieve their developmental and operational goals.
