Stormont Capital Advisors (“Stormont”) has been retained as the exclusive agent to represent the sale of an undisclosed specialized heavy equipment hauler operating in Western Canada (“the Company”). Specializing in heavy and over-dimensional transport of pipeline equipment and skid-less oilfield tank moving, the Company has established a reputation as a dependable and knowledgeable specialty hauler across British Columbia and Alberta. The business is CVIP licensed, CompyWorks and ISNet approved, and COR certified in both Alberta and BC.
Services are provided utilizing an extensive fleet of heavy haul equipment including tractors, 45-ton picker, wheeled loaders, HRGN trailers, specialized hydraulic bin/tankmovers, and an assortment of jeeps, boosters, scissor / tri-necks, low-beds, and hi-boys. FMV of the fleet at March 2022 is estimated at $4.4MM.
Management expects that demand for its services will remain strong through 2022 and beyond, and that earnings will continue to strengthen. YTD performance is $4.6MM in revenue with a year-end forecast for FY22 (YE June 30th) of $6MM revenue and $1.5MM EBITDA.
