June 16th, 2021 – Normac Appraisals Ltd. acquired Calgary-based Reliance Asset
Consulting. The acquisition includes the insurance appraisal portfolio and operations; the reserve fund study portfolio will be taken over by Dan Jablonski at ICB Solutions Inc.

The business combination strengthens Normac’s position in the insurance appraisal industry as they continue to expand their footprint across North America. The transaction offers synergies with Reliance’s deep technical expertise, commitment to service and tailored customer solutions.

Stormont acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Reliance’s shareholders, performing the
