The Company provides a range of portable facility rentals to Oil & Gas, Mining, and Construction clients, including command centers, executive sleepers, offices, safety trailers, foreman quarters, and portable labs (geologist and drilling).
FY22 Revenue (YE April 30th) was$6.5MM with healthy 50% EBITDA margins of $3.3MM EBITDA and $2.4MM in Cash Flow from Operations. With 40% of the fleet currently under long-term rental contracts with key clients, the business enjoys stability in its financial performance.
