A leading, independent, Canadian infrastructure services company providing; pipeline integrity, testing, and maintenance services has retained Stormont Energy Advisors Corp. as the exclusive agent to represent the sale of the business.
The majority of the Company’s revenues stem from the following four (4) service offerings; Pipeline Integrity Services, Facility & Maintenance Services, Pipeline Pressure Testing, and Construction Services. The client base is comprised primarily of blue-chip pipeline, midstream, and petrochemical facility operators.
Over 50% of the Company’s services are provided under long-term contracts structured as Master Service Agreements whereby the Company has right of first refusal to perform these services at rates that are negotiated on an annual basis. The balance of the Company’s revenues are generated on a forced account or day-rate basis which contributes to the quality of the earnings stream .
Average 5-year revenue and EBITDA is approximately $28MM and $7MM, respectively with trailing 12-month performance exceeding historical performance.
