In business for more than a decade, the Company specializes in providing various types of surface rental equipment including on-site and camp bins (garbage, wood, steel, eco etc.) rig mats, tanks (for fuel, water and production storage), pipe racks, steamer units and MWD buildings. Furthermore, the Company’s rental business is complimented by its integrated trucking division which is utilized to move rental and client assets and facilitate efficient and convenient service delivery.
The Company has a history of profitable operations with Revenue and EBITDA for FY18 of $4.33MM and $1.26MM respectively. Additionally, the Company’s core geographic service area represents a timely opportunity for an acquirer to capitalize upon the significant market activity emerging from the approved $40 billion British Columbia LNG Canada development project and within the Montney resource play.
