September 30 th , 2025 – Vitzrocell Co. Ltd. a South Korean provider of industrial, portable power solutions has acquired Innova Power Solutions Inc. (Innova), a Calgary-based, power system manufacturer with expertise in downhole battery packs and monitoring systems.

Vitzrocell, founded in 1987 and headquartered in Dangjin-si, Chungcheongnam, South Korea, specializes in manufacturing lithium primary batteries. The company provides power solutions for various applications, including Smart Grid, Military Systems, Smart Ammunition, and the Oil & Gas industry.
