Stormont Capital Advisors (“Stormont”) has been retained as the exclusive agent to represent the sale of privately held service provider of a range of Emergency Medical Services to remote communities, government, and industrial clients across western Canada.
The Company specializes in providing Air & Ground Ambulance Services, Primary Care, Community Care, Industrial Ambulance, Event Medics, and Non-Emergent Medical Transfers to a Provincial health authority, the Federal Government of Canada, First Nations, and Energy / Industrial end-markets. The management team has built a profitable and sustainable business characterized by multi-year contracts, high client retention, and a demonstrated ability to thrive despite industry headwinds, including the current Covid-19 pandemic.
Preliminary FY21 revenue and EBITDA is $11.2 and $2.5 million, respectively. 90% of revenues are derived from multi-year contracts with government authorities. The provincial contract is renewed every 10-years while the Federal contract with Indigenous Services Canada, for the provision of Community clinics is a 2-year contract with three (3), one-year options for renewal.
Having reached a size threshold that makes it an ideal candidate for consolidation, the Company’s major shareholder has elected to commence this process.
