Stormont has been retained by a private equity group seeking to expand their current portfolio business into the Oil & Gas Engineering segment.  Stormont is leading this acquisition search process.

The ideal target company has a motivated and driven management team at the helm of a differentiated service provider with the following characteristics:

• Office in Calgary with local leadership
• EBITDA between $1.5MM and $2.5MM
• 30 to 60 staff
• Diversified client base of tier-1 upstream and midstream operators
• Some exposure to alternative industries (power, mining, fertilizer, petrochemical)
• Desirable competencies include Project Mgt, Process Eng, Mechanical / Structural, Automation
