Stormont Energy Advisors is representing the sale of a Canadian owned, MENA-based provider of specialized Process Engineering, Automation, Integration, and Project Management services to global energy sector clients. The Company focuses primarily on high-value, technical aspects of energy infrastructure projects in the Middle East, North Africa and SE Asia. They have demonstrated expertise in designing, building and commissioning the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, and Telecommunications Systems for these large projects for clients such as Petronas, ENI, ExxonMobil, TAQA, and in partnership with large multinational service companies.
Management forecasts strengthening demand for services through 2020 and beyond as the security concerns in the Middle East are mitigated, and that earnings will follow suit. FY20 revenue is estimated at $14MM with an EBITDA forecast of $2.8MM. FY19 revenue and EBITDA are $6.1MM and $1.7MM, respectively (All financial figures are reported in USD currency).
The Company represents a timely opportunity for an acquirer to purchase a turn-key international platform with demonstrated expertise in designing and building industrial process electrical systems, instrumentation and control systems, and telecom systems.
