An Oilfield Fluid Logistics Company (“the Company”) has retained Stormont Energy Advisors Corp. (“Stormont”) as the exclusive agent to represent the sale of some or all of the Company’s shares to a strategic buyer. The Company is a privately-held entity operating in North-East, British Columbia and North-West, Alberta providing upstream and midstream oilfield fluid management services including: fluid hauling (crude oil to well batteries / pipeline terminals), produced water hauling to disposal sites, steamer and vac-truck services in support of plant turnarounds, and spill response services.
The company has a history of profitable operations, with $$22.7MM revenue and $3.2MM in EBITDA for the 12-month period ending September 30, 2018.
