Stormont is representing the sale of an oilfield maintenance service provider with a focus on production infrastructure, oilfield facility maintenance, construction, and production equipment hauling and installation. The company utilizes a well maintained fleet of 12 picker units, and trucking equipment (including bed truck, winch truck, tandem drive tractor, tridem hi-boy, tridem double drop, lo-bed trailer, and various dump, gooseneck and utility trailers).
Clients include large and intermediate oil and gas producers and oilfield service providers operating in the Cardium and Duvernay resource areas of Western Canada.
Management anticipates that demand for its services will continue to strengthen and is projecting FY2018 year end results to show revenue and EBITDA of $5.0MM and $1.65MM respectively. FY2019 is expected to further yield strong results and continue the Company’s growth trajectory.
