Stormont is representing the sale of a premium provider of construction and industrial rental equipment for use in material handling, earth moving, lifting, and aerial work involving equipment such as; skidsteers, loaders, excavators, compactors, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and telehandlers. The company has a proven reputation for service quality, and longstanding customer relationships in energy, wood products, and commercial construction segments.
They have enjoyed a history of profitable operations with revenue and EBITDA for FY19 of $4.4MM and $2MM, respectively. Management forecasts FY20 performance (YE January 31st) of $5MM revenue and $2.4MM EBITDA with significant growth potential beyond this level based upon opportunities to expand locations and the range of assets provided to customers.
The owner is looking to be part of a larger success story to drive additional growth with industrial and energy clients (new locations etc…).
